You can send your IELTS score to the university now, and you can obtain the visa on an ELICOS offer, it will come down to your overall application kit and you have the IELTS score too to save you.

You can check out RMIT, University of Sydney, University of New South Wales, Melbourne University, Latrobe University, Deakin University, suggest you visit their websites and check the department of Information technology and then take a call. All the best.

You have not mentioned as to which course do you intend to pursue. Without knowing as to which course you want to pursue, it is difficult to suggest a university. Also, even though your 10th, 12th and IELTS are good enough your overall score is not sufficient for admission as the minimum requirement for admission in good universities is at least 70 to 75% overall in your finals. All the best.

Data analysts are required to have some strong skills in mathematics and basic programming skills like C+, SQL, etc. which are covered in electronics too. So, ideally you are eligible to apply, rest will depend on the university requirements, selectivity and your overall profile.

Generally, IELTS test must be taken and a clinical assessment test may be required depending on the university, many universities also require a minimum of 2 years clinical experience before applying for a Master's degree. I will advise you to visit university websites for specific entry requirements.
