Hi Sanjana,
This will depend on what you want to do that is what kind of job you want to do.Its plain and simple, a personal choice. With a b.com degree I think you would like to do a course in accounting or finance. PG Diploma courses generally lasts for a year or so.

Hi, 75% is a good score but for the IELTS please check with the University.They may ask for a retake or offer you a bridge course in English depending on their requirements.

We differ from university to university, MBA fee may range from Au$35000 to 90,000 a year, Melbourne Business School is the most expensive.You should be be visiting university websites for updated fee information.

Germany ofcourse but admissions are very competitive. Next is Canada. Australia is slightly expensive in terms of living expenses as well.
