There is no course which will guarantee you a PR however I can advice you to check the SOL to know about skills in demand and labour shortage list. You may choose a relevant field and decide what to study. Your PR status will be decided as per your job, market trend etc.

Chances are not bright. Australia considers those profiles which have scored more than 60 so better is to Google some colleges where the eligibility criteria is low.
