You can apply to University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, University of Melbourne, University of Sydney and all the top ranking universities. Chances of admissions are high and will depend on your overall profile, SOP and LORs too.

If you meet the admission requirements, you can. You must also check with the desired universities in Australia or Canada if they recognize MGU, they have their own ways of assessment and evaluation, so please write to them. Besides, for MBA you must gain some work experience and take the GMAT or GRE. You can also search for PG Diploma programs if you don't find good universities now.
