Hello Deepak,
It's quite good to know your dream of going abroad for studies. Normally Universities or institutions abroad are quite broad minded but insist on good academics. However there are many nuances and hence I would advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with admissions in Australia.

Hi,
If you want to study Bachelor's degree, your academic record from 10th to 12th will be checked. Change of board is fine and I don't see any reason why it should have a negative impact on you admission. You must meet the admission requirements importantly, have good grades and take the IELTS.

A gap year can be accepted if genuine such as if you gained work experience, etc. You must also have a good academic record and meet entry requirements to be accepted.
