In Australia alone, the fee range is around $25000 to $90,000. In Canada, programs may range from $15000 to $70000 a year.

Well, this will depend on your final performance or percentile and also how competitive the university is. If you could not show significant improvement after the backlogs chances will be challenging. However, there are so many opportunities in Australia that you might land up getting an admission offer from some university or the other, maybe not the highly ranked ones. A very good application needs to be presented along with a decent IELTS score.

This is a half-baked question. What shall you do will depend on what you want to study and which university. Quite obviously you must decide what to study first and check the university websites for the entry requirements. You have to check if your PTE scores and degree percentage is sufficient.
