Firstly, this portal will not entertain any PR related queries. For scope and job prospects you have to check the Skilled Occupation List or SOL. Your desired program do not match with your education and work profile which will be a concern for the universities and also both the programs are entirely different. Also every program has different admission requirements. All these countries you mentioned allows international students to work part-time while studying. It's not the university which makes this decision but the government.

You only need to write your IELTS and score an overall of 6.5 with no band less than 6 and have 12th score of above 60-65%. There may be a few universities which will admit above 55% also but IELTS score is the minimum I have mentioned. All the best!
