The overall prospect are very good and is listed in the skilled occupation list which means computer / software / network engineers are in demand. You can check job portals and the SOL Australia for more information.

Every country has a list of skilled occupations which are in demand. You have to check these lists to know whether the occupation is listed or not. Australia removed dentistry from the skilled occupation list so I won't recommend. You can therefore opt for Canada or Germany depending on your profile, university requirements and your budget if you are asking for further studies.

You must apply for a university and the university must send you the admission offer letter before you can apply for the student visa. Now, NIOS may or may not be accepted so you must email the colleges and check if they will accept NIOS qualification. You must also have good scores and must clear IELTS to apply.

Please check University of Queensland, UVic, UNSW, University of Western Australia, Charles Sturt University to name a few. There are many TAFE institutes. You check the university websites for entry requirements and fee and narrow down your university and choose accordingly.
