Since you are an experienced professional, I would suggest you to go thru the skill shortage list of the countries you mentioned and apply for the diploma accordingly as that will give you a chance to work as well.

Hello, TAFE in Australia can be named location wise, check Box Hill Institute, Gordon Institute of TAFE, TAFE International Western Australia, Chisholm College,Canberra Institute of Technology.

You can come in any department but the point is you can't handle IT after pharmacy, logics and all, everything is different and typical logics but why do you want to change your field from pharmacy? Remember, applicants will need to have a Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and be a registered nurse to pursue a post graduate nursing course.
