Try to score at least 70% in your graduation. Thereafter, give the paper of IELTS and GRE and score 6 bands in IELTS and +310 in GRE to get the admission in Masters in Australia.

To be a dentist, you must obtain the necessary qualification and clear the licensing examination. Admission to an undergraduate degree is made on the basis of academic merit. As an international student you must also take the IELTS or TOEFL.

To apply for PR from Indian, you need to score at least 8 bands and an experience of at least 4 years is required.

You class 12th score is little low, but IELTS score is good. You can appear for SAT exam and this will increase your admission chances.
Below mentioned is the list of best universities:
1. University of Melbourne.
2. RMIT University.

Amount of Rs.20 lacs is to be shown in the account, but you can take it back as soon as you take a class there. Yes, last 3 years of ITR is required. You need to consult an experienced visa consultant for that.

You can go to Australia after applying under ELICOS because to study in Australia after 12th you need 5.5 bands with not less than 5 in each module. Since, you have 4.5 in one module you have 2 options i.e. either apply under ELICOS or else give the IELTS paper again. In ELICOS, besides studying your desire course, you have to study English in Australia to fulfill the language deficiency. The fee for studying English depends on college to college but don't expect it to be below 2 lacs. If you want to go for it, contact the agent. My cousin also deals in it. So, if you want I will give you the number. Her institute is in Amritsar.
