No, the Department of Home Affairs of Australia does not accept any at-home or online test for immigration to the country. The Department only recognises at-centre tests for all visa applications.

Sydney Campus of the Charles Sturt University seems to charge slightly higher tuition fees as compared to the University of Western Australia (UWA).

You can get admitted into some of the top Australian universities with a very good score of 76 in PTE. Courses you can think of applying for are Master of Engineering or MBA from the University of Melbourne or the University of Sydney for Master in Data Science.
