To take admission to the University of South Australia Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honors) course, the applicants must have passed class 12 from the recognised boards and achieved 65% in the best four subjects. Furthermore, students must meet the English language entry requirements. IELTS score with 6.0 overall marks and 6.0 in Reading and Writing are required. TOEFL (60, with Reading and Writing not less than 18) / PTE (50, in Reading and Writing communicative scores not less than 50) scores are also accepted.

The University of South Australia entry requirements for international students are given below:
Undergraduate: To pursue undergraduate courses from the University of South Australia, Indian applicants are required to have an All India Senior School Certificate / Indian School Certificate / Higher Secondary School Certificate / Senior Secondary School Certificate / Pre-University Certificate. The minimum requirement for admission to the UniSA undergraduate courses is the successful completion of Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) with an average of at least 60% in the best four subjects (excluding any local languages)
