There are several world-class Universities in Australia. Times Higher Education Ranking or QS rankings may be a guide for University Selection. Again every University is well known for some areas e. g Australian National University is well regarded for its research, law, and economics faculty, the University of Sydney is for law and medicine, UNSW is for engineering, etc. In the US there is an IVY league, In Britain Sand Stone Universities like OXFORD and Cambridge, and in Australia, there are about eight universities that are considered elite. There are four universities I would pick in Australia.
(1) Melbourne University - has the Melbourne Model requiring a breadth of subjects, highly ranked reflecting its research orientation and strength, well known, has some excellent professional faculty members including law, arts, and Melbourne Business School, nice historic campus close to the CBD (Parkville), also you get to live in Melbourne;
(2) UNSW - has a good vibe to it, some excellent professional faculty members particularly in law, business, Maths, and computing, a great strategic vision for the university, and you get to live in Sydney and be based in the harbourside east

A few of the best universities to study Finance in Australia are the University of Melbourne, the University of New South Wales, The Australian National University, the University of Sydney, Monash University, etc. To get into any of these top schools, you will have to apply with a well-crafted application. Why do you want to enrol in an Australian pilot course. Why not serve the country by becoming a pilot in India. Make your country proud. I'll advise you not to publicise the issue of brain drain. India requires more aviators. Continue to serve your country of origin there.
