Hi,
Shiksha's study abroad services are 100% online where counselors and students do not meet face to face.
However, we have a UK event on 2nd June, Sunday from 12:00-5:00 pm in A-88 sector 2 office (near Sector 15 metro station). Around, 6-7 UK universities will also be present. You may visit the event and meet our counsellors.
Further, to avail our counselling services, all you need to do is book a free profile evaluation call here
https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/apply. To be eligible however you must have at least one study abroad test score such as IELTS or TOEFL, GMAT SAT etc. You may also call our Student Helpline number 011-4046-9

Sorry but your CGPA is too low, and you might face difficulties to get admission. Contact good consultancies which have proven success record and try for admission.

Since you do not have a very good academic background, so you might not get approval from the universities abroad. So, firstly give IELTS exam, then see which college accepts your IELTS score and if they can also accept your past academic scores then well and good or else go for low-grade colleges.

Yes, if you have a very good score, then they might give you a scholarship but not 100%.

No, they do not provide lateral entry. You have to start from first year itself to study there. Good luck.
