When you study abroad, all Masters are specialised programme not as general computer science. Private universities in Australia accept applications from students who have not more than 7 or 8 backlogs, but to be honest almost all high-profile private universities accept applications from students who have 4 backlogs. The Group of Eight or Go8 universities accept maximum 2 or 3 backlogs. If you want to opt outside the private ones, you are welcome to apply, provided you have 8 backlogs.
