The major difference between both courses is the curriculum. While BSc Home Science focuses on scientific aspects like nutrition, health, and growth measurements, BA Home Science studies Economics, Rural Development, Sociology, Family Relationships, etc.

Along with that, the eligibility criteria for both courses differ in terms of Class 12 streams. While a Science student can opt for both a BA and BSc Home Science, an Arts student can only opt for a BA Home Science.
