Placements at NLU Kolkata (NUJS) are excellent, with high percentage of students getting placed every year. Top law firms like Khaitan and Co., Trilegal, SAM, CAM and others recruit students from the college and the highest salary package received was INR 60 LPA in the recent batch. Almost all Tier 1 law firms participate in the day zero placements and placements continue throughout the year. Average package offered is around INR 15 Lacs and public sector undertakings also participate in placements. Some students secure pre-placement offers (PPOs) as well.

Almost 100% of the students got internships in companies like Sunshine Inc, etc. Roles offered are HR, legal advisory, etc.

The latest placement report of DY Patil School of Law, Mumbai is not available as of now. As per the NIRF report 2023, the median package offered to BA LLB candidates in the placement drive of 2022 stood at INR 5.5 LPA. 

Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) in Raipur, India offers good placement opportunities to students. The university's placement cell offers packages ranging from Rs 6–7 Lacs per year. In 2023, 78 students were placed, with the highest package being 12 LPA and the lowest being 3.5 LPA.
