No, you won't get MBBS college with this Marks and nor BAMS government college. But there is a chance of getting private BAMS college so keep trying in counseling fill the counseling form.

As there is increasing demand for BAMS course chances are least but you can get some private BAMS college with this marks.

NEET score above 480 is good for NIA Jaipur and Tibia college BAMS.
So, you have good chances.

Yes, you can try some low cut off BAMS college.
NEET 2023 Cutoff for BAMS is 720-137 for general category students and 136-107 for reserved category aspirants. The cutoff percentile for general category aspirants is 50th and for reserved category students is 40th.
So one requires minimum 136 marks to qualify for BAMS counselling.
