Colleges like Jadavpur University, Calcutta University and Presidency University in Kolkata often offer B.A. For some students, institutions like Ashutosh College and Maulana Azad College are much slower in processing their schooling. However, it is important to confirm this unofficial information with current students or senior staff because rules can vary from department to department and course to course.
