The BA Journalism and Mass Communication programme offered by Chandigarh University comprises subjects such as Introduction to Mass Communication, Communication Skills, Print Media Reporting and Editing, and Digital Media. Students undertake Media Laws and Ethics, Fundamentals of Public Relations and Advertising, and Radio and Television Programming in addition to the above. Students also study hands-on subjects including Computer Applications (Theory + Practical), while also focusing on specializations such as Social Media Content & Marketing or Investigative Journalism.

Manipal University admission can be obtained by students on the basis of merit. For being eligible for the MUJ Jaipur BA course, candidates must clear their Higher Secondary/10+2 with a minimum of 50% scoring. Further, students are required to present their valid merit at the time of application and admission process.
