You might consider visiting their campuses, talking to current students and alumni, checking faculty qualifications and research interests, exploring available facilities like libraries and labs, and reviewing placement records if that's important to you. Additionally, you can look at reviews and rankings from reliable sources to get an idea of each college's reputation and strengths in the field of arts education. However, the "goodness" or quality of a college can depend on various factors such as faculty expertise, infrastructure, extracurricular activities, placement opportunities, and overall academic environment.
