Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College offers BCom in Honours and General. The eligibility criteria for BCom is 12 years of school education. Admission is completely based on Merit list which is displayed in the College website once the candidate has submitted the application form with the required documents.

Alliance School of Business offers BCom and BCom (Hons) at the UG level. Candidates who have passed pre-university/ Higher Secondary/ Class 12 examinations or equivalent from any recognised board or council in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the subjects taken in Class 12 or equivalent. Besides, candidates will be shortlisted for BCom and BCom (Hons) course based on AUSAT score followed by a personal interview round. The minimum eligibility required for the BCom program at Sabarmati University, Ahmedabad is as follows:

For Delhi University examination you need to complete your (10+2) to be eligible for doing B.Com however for certain universities the criteria may be different.
So check on different universities pages and their eligibility criteria they might consider your Diploma equivalent to +2.

Hey, after failing in 4 subjects in semester 3, how can you hope to get promoted. You need to clear your backlog even after passing out in semester 6th. Without clearing it you will never get your degree. So clear it first then be the graduate.
