As per your performance in class 10th if you can repeat the same result in class 12th, I would recommend you to do B.Com from Delhi University.

Symbiosis Offers 3 types of B.com Courses - F.Y.B.Com, S.Y.B.Com And T.Y.B.Com.
The dates of admission on this courses are not announced. So, when the admission dates are announced it was updated in the offcial website of
Symbiosis.
But, I think the dates are same as for previous years. In previous year, the admission starts from 1 week of june and I hope in this year, the admission will be starts from June. You can apply online for this course.
