The selection of course is really a very big problem and if you are think of choosing form B.Com and BBA they booth are very good course itself but I can tell you the advantages of both course after that its all up to you that which course you to join. If you are more inclined to the management jobs only, you should go for a BBA degree. Yes, you can take transfer to another college for the 2nd year in same course you should just apply but there is no guaranty that you will get the transfer.

Well as you are a B.Com graduate you can very well go for Masters in psychology, being from this field people generally go for MBA but if you have an interest in psychology its really good. Now a days we are having an interesting field in psychology coming up which very well relates Business field with psychology and that is Industrial/Organisational Psychology. You can apply in MADRAS UNIVERSITY by going toh there university website and checking the admission section.

Students must have passed 12th class with minimum 50% marks in PCM or PCB.

So if you've done B.Com and chose commerce subjects in 12th then you are not eligible to apply for D.Pharma.
