B.Com completion is enough for the admission in MBA. BBA is not necessary if you want to do MBA. 50% or lower marks are such a big issue but do again and fill exams again and get admission in post graduation.

Instead of wasting time in CAT CMAT XAT etc. Why not trying for some private universities like LPU etc. LPU is not only accepting the national level test scores but also conducting own entrance exam for MBA Admission. The eligibility criteria is given below
Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
Pass with 55 percentage aggregate marks in Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT and Interview.
