Hello Dinesh, It is always suggested to opt for an honours course as it gives you in-depth knowledge and understanding of the papers vis-a-vis a general course. Further, B.Com (Hons) usually has a focus on accounting and finance apart from Management papers such as organisational behaviour, cost accountancy, economics etc. Good universities usually have a well defined curriculum, good faculty, industry connect, placement and industry opportunities to name a few. Hi.
No, it is actually completely impossible with this percentage as you are not a UT POOL student. But you can try for BBA with this its easy to get BBA.

To get admission in Bcom Hons your percentage should be at least 95% unless you come under some reserved category and if you are a resident of Chandigarh then you come under UT POOL category then 90% will be enough for a General category student.

Don't play with your carrer because of lockdown. If you are clear about the course in which you want to take admission, you should identify the institute. Now-a-days good institutes have started online admissions. You may target the institution accordingly. I know one institute i.e. LPU which offers online admissions in all courses. Hons Programmes are more rigorous nature programmes. They have a better bearing when it comes for jobs. I can tell you of LU as in the Hons programmes it offers one additional course of at least 2 credits per term as compared to regular programs.
