If you have done B.Ed have got experience on education M.Ed can only benefit you to become lecturer or teacher educator at teacher training colleges, or you can do more of higher studies in integration of education with other disciplines. There is research scope in education as well. If you have teaching experience you can teach in schools your M.Com can benefit you in teaching at PGT level in school.

B.Com regular mode is difficult because of college's own rules and regulations. However, you can go with IGNOU B.Com. Distance learning course. The course fee is very reasonable (Rs 6000) and can be completed between 3 to 6 years. The eligibility criteria is given below.
Eligibility: A person with 10+2 qualification is eligible for admission. Non 10+2 candidates who have completed Bachelors Preparatory Programme (BPP) of the university are also eligible for admission.

You are eligible for a 3 year LLB. You can do it from DU or BHU. You will have to give an entrance exam to get the admission. Maybe GLC has also started this course, you will have to check that.
