B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. The course is similar to B.Com (H). Your questions is actually incomplete. The fees depends upon if the college is private or public. B.Com (Hons) or B.Com pass. Your college location also. Moreover, generally, the public college charge you ~15-20k pa and private college ~50-70k pa. Hope this helps
