Yes, you can appear in the UGC NET Exam, as you have completed your Post-Graduation. But you cannot appear under Management. As per the rules by NTA a candidate can choose the subject for UGC NET in which they have completed their Masters. In your case you have completed your Masters in commerce so, going with the rule you have to choose Commerce subject, not Management. NTA conducts UGC NET twice in a year in the month of June and December. For June session, application window has been closed. But you can go for the December session. NTA will soon update all the related details.

No, there is no options for that. After your graduation, whatever the stream you studying, you can take admission in LL.B. Though you may take Pre-law course after intermediate.

There are many private college which offer B.Com (Hons.) Without maths in 12th but you won't be able to run away from the subjects

If you wants to do B.Com, then you have to first complete your 12th. After that, you are eligible for B.Com degree course if you have choose any specific college then you should directly contact with them they gave you proper information about the course.

Both are equal. It's totally ups to you which course do you want to choose if you are interested in business management and wants to do MBA in future. Then, go for BBA and if you are interested in accounting, then go for B.Com both are beneficial.
