No, absolutely not. It is just a graduation degree. All that matters is what other professional courses you do alongwith B.Com like CA/CS/CMA/CFA.

No, you cannot do that. As these are separate graduate courses, you have to apply from the beginning. If you leave BA in 2nd semester then it doesn't mean that you can take admission in B.Com 2nd semester. You have to take afresh admission in B.Com and start from the 1st semester. That is the norm of colleges. You may ask the respective authorities of the college if such alterations are allowed.

It is suggested to do B.Com (programme) alongwith your CA because you need to concentrate on your CA more rather than on B.Com.

You can pursue a chef course once you complete B.Com. You can pursue formal training through culinary programs offered by community colleges, universities, and culinary institutes.

CS is a professional course and it does not have a specific college, it is regulated by a single authority known as ICSI and B.Com and can be done from distance or from any normal college, both can be completed simultaneously.

You can and you should. Most of the people do it simultaneously, thereby saving precious 3 years. The strain might be a bit high in doing both together. Then rewards are high too. CS a professional course and B.Com, graduation, both can be completed simultaneously.
