Hi Raj S, you can check Ryerson University, UBC Sauder School of Business, and University of Victoria etc. MS Management programmes does not require experience but you should check the degree requirement on their websites. They prefer 4 year Bachelor's degree. You must also take GMAT or GRE.

After completion of B.Com, I would recommend you to go with the Finance specialization, as it will give you an extra edge as you have the knowledge of accounts, taxation and all. Logistics is also one of the booming careers with the advent of e commerce players in the market. It depends on your interest on how you want to shape up your career and where you need to work. Sorry, to say but you will not get good college because. Good colleges only consider minimum 50%. It is good that you have passion for doing something, so try to score good percentile by that may be you will get good private college.
