I will first advise you to analyse as to why you received so less marks in B.Com. Was it tough for you to study? MBA is much tougher than B.Com hence caution. Also, a majority of good institutions demand at least 60% in graduation.

After B.Com, MBA in Finance is a better option for career as it has more scope than M.Com. Graphics Designing is also good, but MBA in Finance will be better as per your educational qualifications. It depends on your interest also which career you want to choose.

MBA in Finance is the logical next degree for B.Com graduates. You can prepare for MBA entrance examination along with graduation degree. But, if you are not sure of cracking CAT or XAT, you can drop one year. Devoting one full year for MBA entrance exams preparation has its own merits and demerits. Pursuing MBA with work experience has a definite advantage over students who don't have work experience. At the time of campus placement, one gets the advantage and also one is able to relate well to the concepts of management that are taught in the MBA.

If it's just for the sake of graduation, then let me tell you that it really doesn't make any difference. But they both have different learning perspectives. B.Com is a general degree which is offered by most of the colleges, whereas, B.Com (PA) is offered by some colleges and includes more exposure to the industry insights.

There is no entrance test for undergraduate courses. You will be screened on the basis of your marks in class 10th and 12th. Whereas, generally entrance tests have subjects like quantitative aptitude (mathematics), logical reasoning, data interpretation and English.
I hope this helps.
