No, it is not possible. The colleges and universities generally allow a period of 2-3 grace years to complete your incomplete years of graduation, or graduation in a whole.

Frank answer is it is not possible because for B.Ed, you need to have a minimum 50% in graduation. If you belonging to reserved category candidate, then probably you have fair chances.
