For admission to M.Com Program, students must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
Minimum 50% marks at the level of graduation
Certain universities also admit students with a B.A. Economics (Hons.) degree.
Students who have passed B.B.S., B.B.A., B.F.I.A. and B.B.E. with at least 60% marks can also apply.

You will have to qualify an entrance examination. Details are as given below:
Eligibility criteria: Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Commerce) or an equivalent
examination with not less than 55% marks in aggregate of English and Accounts and two
subjects from amongst Economics, Business Studies, Business organisation, Commerce, Banking, Entrepreneurship, Mathematics and/or Statistics. Or

You should select first the university. You want to do from distance or regular. For admission to BA English your class 12 marks will be considered many universities have entrance for it. All the best.

For getting admission into any MBA college, you need to have 50% aggregate in your graduation but you have 49.56%. So, I guess you will not be eligible to apply for the exam.

Dear friend,
As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to take BA English Hons with BCom as additional subject. It depends on university. If you wish to take admission, many universities provide it as additional subject, many not. So, you have to query University.

Both course are good if you are Planning to do MBA after graduation than you should do BBA and if you want to so some other course like CA, CMA, CS, Law and then do B.Com.

You are in final year of B.Com so for doing CA you need to give cpt but you can skip cpt for that you need to score more than 60% in B.Com and than you need to register your name for ICAI online.
