As a minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates need to have completed graduation in any stream with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. You can directly apply to the college for admission.

Yes, you can. It is allowed by law to pursue one regular course and one degree course at the same time.

If you want to become a chef you can join a culinary college for it, you don't have to complete your B.Com. You can directly apply after class 12th.

You would need to clear your backlogs and re-appear for the exams if required. Only then, your degree will be considered valid.
