Hi Sneha!
You can certainly pursue the post-graduate diploma in event management from NIEM after completing your graduation. Any graduate from a recognized university is eligible to apply for this course.

Hi, You only gave your French language credential and no other information to rate your chances. For MBA, you must take GMAT and must possess 2 or 3 years work experience minimum. For MS, no work experience is required. GMAT may be required if you are opting for MS Management courses. You can evaluate your profile with these requirements yourself. But make sure to check university and programme specific requirements too.

Hi Ankur!
No, you shouldn't give up on your graduation studies at all. Talk to the concerned authorities of your college and re-appear for those exams. You may also request for revaluation if you think your exams went well. Leaving studies is not a solution, in fact, it will be a very bad decision.

You are eligible for M.Com but you should attempt the exam which was conducted by Andhra University and get good marks. You should also write the PGCET which was conducted by the AP Government. Both of these exams are written.
