There is an option. You can do MBA in event management. That can be a good option to have a career also to safeguard your interest.

You definitely can get admission, your stream won't matter, provided you fulfill the following conditions.
a) 60% min in aggregate
b) English and Maths are compulsory subjects

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Com would be a better option. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. An MBA is always better that a P G Diploma.

It's good to read that you have clarity on your career path. Since there is an option available of pursuing CA after 12th standard, its advisable for you to enrol for it and pursue it along with your B.Com. You will have dual benefit here on one side along with B.Com, you will be able to gets additional qualification of CA & in case you are not able to clear CA then also after completing your graduation you can explore M.Com / MBA as other options.

If the college is under the same University, it is possible to transfer the college however, the norms differ from University to University. But I guess, it shouldn't be much of a hustle for you but you still can check with the University and college officials for reliable information.
