Both the courses are good but on graduation basis you cannot get a good job. If you want good job options then you shall go for MBA, M.Com or CA.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Since you are a B.Com you would not be able to take admission in MCA as you would be required to have a BCA first. However, based on your interest you can join private institutes who offer such courses affiliated to international institutes/boards to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
