Hi Lohith,
No such information has been disclosed by the institute. The open school certificate should be acceptable if it is from a recognised education board. Still, I would suggest you to call the institute and clarify your doubts.

SRCC offers only two undergrad courses, which are B.Com hons and BA Economics hons. Both are honors courses therefore it's mandatory to have studied maths in 12th.

You should have completed your 10+2 with at least 50% marks in +2 and commerce as the main subject in your +2 would be better.
If you are a Science student, you may opt for B.Com but accounts will be somewhat different and a completely new subject for you.

Your marks are very low most of the time the admission for general category closed above 90 and your marks are deducted when the percentage calculated against the cut off released by DU because you are fro. Science background and didn't studied any subject of B.Com. If you belong to general category your chances are very low to get admit in this course. If you belong to ST category maybe you get admission. But don't lose hope; wait till the last cutoff comes. You can check out last year cut off released by DU on their website.

B.Com honours needs maths in your subjects but it doesn't need to be involved in the best four.
