Seeing the current scenario of Indian economy both options are equally good. B.Com (Hons.) will provide a safe base for future in banking, marketing, finance, etc. The demand of B.Com in finance and accounting is flourishing day-by-day, if you want your career to be of short but full of economic success then you must opt for this. Hello!
A B.Com Hons student can do animation and visual effects but if it is done after their graduation (B.Com), they are offered a diploma and not a bachelor degree. But, if you directly go for VFX after your +2, then you will be eligible for B.Sc.

You haven't quoted your 12th marks without which one can't suggest you suitable colleges. Then also the best colleges for commerce are:
1. College of Commerce, Rajendra Nagar
2. Vanijya Mahavidyalay, PU Campus
3. A. N. College, Boring Road
4. B. N. College, Ashok Rajpath
Apart from that, many tier-2 colleges are there. For forms and admission procedure visit these colleges and ask from their reception or admission counter.

That depends on your interest. Both are good fields if you were interested in commercial or finance side. Go for B.Com and if you were interested in business oriented studies, go for BMS or BBA.
