No, both B.Com and BBA are topmost courses for the commerce student. And after completing that, there are no disadvantages. It is your choice either choose B.Com and MBA, or BBA and MBA.

It seems you are unaware of the fact that the prestigious Indian Institute of Management offers only PG Degree in Management. No B.Com, no B.Sc degrees are awarded there. Only MBA and PGDM are offered there.
An exception is IPM - Integrated Program in Management by IIM Indore that offers a course after 12th. But for this year, the application process has been closed now.

The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. Programs is mentioned below. Candidates must pass in Higher Secondary School examination from a recognised educational boardThey should have Maths and English as core subjectsMinimum 50% marks are required at 10+2 level.
