B.Com and B.A. Eco Honors are the most famous courses in DU and it is natural that they have high cut-offs.
So it depends on the 2018 cut off of DU. Every DU college varies in cut off. You may get an idea from the 2017 cut-off.

Hi,
You can go for Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. In this university, there are many colleges who offer B.Com with minimum 50% in 12th class. You have to give entrance exam first, then you will get colleges according to your rank.
Some of those colleges are VIPS, JIMS, Maharaja Agrasen c

Tally software learning not a part of the syllabus. So Tally is not at all important in your studies. But if you want to work as an accountant, or as a finance professional, Tally knowledge is highly desirable, because many of the businesses implement Tally ERP 9 as their accounting or business

Yes, you can get admission in Sri Sri University because the eligibility criteria for this college is you must have passed 10+2 from any government recognised board.

Your main subject will be accounts, economics, maths and statistics, commerce 1, foundation course, environment education, business communication as per Mumbai University affiliations and subject can vary as per university. Hope this will work.

Hi,
It is mandatory for every college to ensure that the students studying maintain certain percentage prescribed by the regulatory boards like UGC and AICTE. Attendance is mandatory to receive the hall ticket, failing which, you will need to pay fine to the university in which you will be pursuing
