Indian students are not required to appear in any entrance exam for admission in B.Com (Hons) course. The admissions will be based on merit, that is, your marks obtained in 10+2.

As you are doing B.Com degree, you can join an MBA Programme. You can choose between various specializations, like: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations Management, International Business, Information Technology, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Financial Analytics, Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
With an MBA, you will be able to get a steady job. I would recommend you to join JK Lakshmipat University since they have a Modern curriculum and teaching methodologies matching Global Standards with the strong emphasis on not just ' learning but 'understanding', and learning by doing. It is majorly dependent on the organisation from where you take up the course. To the extent of studies they are not greatly different. When it comes to job, it again drops down to the institute from where you complete your PGDM or MBA. Generally, colleges or B-schools assist in placements in that case there is not much of difference. In case you go out in the market without campus placement, then what counts more is your institute than PGDM or MBA.
