It depends on two things. First, it depends on your living state as the cutoff of IPU is divided into 2 parts- Delhite students and non-delhite. Usually, the delhite students get higher preference as there is a 85% quota for Delhi students reserved in IPU. Secondly, it depends on the category you belong to. If you are a general category student, then its very difficult to get in IPU. But, I will suggest you to attend the spot counselling as there is a huge chance of selection through spot counselling.

You can study B.Com after your diploma. But you have to join through your +2, and please inquire once before taking admission in concerned college you wish to study.

It is advisable, but you can also look for other better colleges. You should at least sit for the GDPI rounds.

You need 98+% to stand a chance for FMS. Better luck next time. Or else, you can try for IIM's or any other Tier 1 colleges. Good luck.

Yes, you can. But, for that you need to give MAT/CAT/GMAT/XAT. It is a prerequisite for selection in a MBA college. Good luck.
