This will depend on the kind of career you are thriving for. It is good, you have a strong extracurricular profile, and this will make your application stronger. I would have suggested you an MBA, but you don't have work experience and also you have a three year degree course making things more difficult to get through in Canada. You can look for courses in sports management, sports accounting, Sports media and communication etc. You have to check on university's websites and write to them about courses and specializations they offer. Experience of a job will surely help you in some way or the other and MBA will be an addition in knowing about the various job opportunities.
Pursuing an MBA without any experience is also fine.
