Now Diploma is an obsolete course in hotel management. You may plan for Bachelor's degree in HM or Diploma in aviation and tourism can be done, if not interested to apply for one more graduation.

Yes, MBA in media is possible after B.Com. For MBA, one needs a graduation degree first with at least 50% marks or above aggregate percentage.

This will depend on the kind of career you are thriving for. It is good, you have a strong extracurricular profile, and this will make your application stronger. I would have suggested you an MBA, but you don't have work experience and also you have a three year degree course making things more difficult to get through in Canada. You can look for courses in sports management, sports accounting, Sports media and communication etc. You have to check on university's websites and write to them about courses and specializations they offer.
