HSC passed candidates should first of all clear B.Com degree to pursue M.Com. After completing M.Com with a minimum of 55% marks, you can apply for NET. NET qualified candidates can join as an assistant professor in colleges.

A degree course is always preferable over Diploma. A degree programme is much more elaborate and comprehensive than a Diploma. Also, degree holds way more credibility than a Diploma when it comes to applying for jobs. An employer will always give priority to a degree holder.

Admission in B.Com in Deogiri college requires the candidates to have 70% or above in 10+2 in commerce stream. Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply.

After completing B.Com, you would not be eligible for MFA. Those candidates who have completed Bachelor of Fine Arts from a recognised university are eligible for MFA admission.

Sorry, below 50% is not acceptable but you can try in less conventional countries like Czech Republic, Ukraine, etc. If you want to go abroad for the sake of it.

It depends on the line in which you want to go.
If you want to get into business line, then go for BBA.
If you want to get into CA, CS line then you must go for B.Com.

You can pursue MBA from reputed B-Schools like Iims or ISB. You can choose any field as per your interest whether Strategy Management, Business Analyst, International Marketing, Finance etc. This will help you in making a good career in management.
