A degree course is always preferable over Diploma. A degree programme is much more elaborate and comprehensive than a Diploma. Also, degree holds way more credibility than a Diploma when it comes to applying for jobs. An employer will always give priority to a degree holder.

Admission in B.Com in Deogiri college requires the candidates to have 70% or above in 10+2 in commerce stream. Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply.

Sorry, below 50% is not acceptable but you can try in less conventional countries like Czech Republic, Ukraine, etc. If you want to go abroad for the sake of it.
