Yes, you can pursue B.Ed course, after B.Com. For pursuing B.Ed, you have to clear your graduation in any stream with minimum of 45% mark.

It's not that B.Com is a good choice to go for Bank Job and BBA is not. Because, bank jobs do not have any relationship with the subjects under B.Com or BBA course.
But, you should be a graduate in order to be eligible to apply for Bank PO Jobs. PO - Probationary Officer is considered as Assistant Manager in the Banks.
Hence, you can opt for any of these courses at graduation level as per your interest.
One cannot get the position of Bank Manager directly. Only people who have worked on various roles in the Bank will be given this position. It would take minimum 10 years of time for the candidates to achieve this position.

There are several courses which you can do along with your B.Com, but before you decide upon any course you should know what are your interests and career aspirations. The choices can be in the field of accounts (like CA, ICWA or computer science), or you can option for short term IT Courses, (Like SAP, 3D Animation computer programming etc.)

There are numerous options after B. Com
Two most popular options are - MBA (or some other post-graduate degree like M. Com) and Job.
If your family's financial condition is stable, you can go for MBA. To get into a good MBA college, you will need to work very hard.
Second option is to start a job. Post your resume on online portals like Naukri, Monster etc and start looking for a job.
