Yes, there is no such bound that you can't do, but the thing is, it will be not easy to complete the two degree courses. I will suggest you to complete one degree first.

10% of weightage during your entire profile evaluation is given to your past academic record. So yes, these marks will matter but more importance is given to your entrance exam marks and GD-PI.
The last date for application is April 20, 2018. I think you should go ahead and apply. All the best.

Every year of B.Com has 2 semesters. That means entire, in B.Com, there will be 6 semesters. In it, all the courses and subjects are divided into 6 semesters and according to the semester, examinations are conducted.

You should check with authorities in your college if you are eligible to appear for back logs. I am sure there must be some provision for students who have failed to clear the subjects in their semester exams. You can ask faculty or consult with other students who have backlogs for the same.
