Eligibility for Bachelor of Commerce:
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com program is mentioned below.
Candidates must pass in Higher Secondary School examination from a recognized educational board.
They should have maths and English as core subjects.
Minimum 50% marks are required at 10+2 level.
Although candidates from science and arts stream are also eligible to apply, those with commerce stream are preferred.
There is no work experience required for the course. However, students with work experience can also apply.

It will be difficult without work experience as business schools prefer applicants with a minimum of 2-years of work experience for the MBA programmes. You can look out for PG Diploma programmes, very popular here and also you can check out the MS Management courses.

See, it's up to your choice, because both have their other Values for example if you love finance and accounting, then you should think about CA. and if you love law and you have capacity to solve issue of people, then it is fine to opt CS.

You can complete B.Com in 3 years, and then after you want to do CA, it will take more 1 year.

Yes, you can do event management after B.Com. You can go for a proper degree or else even Diploma degree will do.
For diploma, usually there's nothing such to clear for application, but in some there is basic entrance examination.
