For Masters, you have to crack the entrance exam, you can pursue Masters in finance or marketing wherever your interest lies but having a B.Com background, you would have basic finance related knowledge which you could apply in MBA in finance. Getting into top B-Schools should be your priority.

CMA is a distance education course for which you have to do self study. As you are a graduate, you can directly get enrolled in intermediate course of CMA.

Start from learning some basic courses like C, C+ and try for MBA IT provided you complete all the basics required for MBA IT. It is not that difficult to go in IT stream. There are some institutes which provide IT courses and make you an IT person completely.

Go for IIMs, you will get the best international exposure with different universities and also, with some Non IIM colleges like JBIMS, SP Jain, Symbiosis, FMS- Delhi, etc. B.Com Honors will provide you a great platform for finance stream in MBA. It will be a great choice to do MBA.
