I would suggest you to go through the syllabus of CAT first and then decide.
Because it is not easier to crack CAT.

Yes, you can appear for CAT 2019. You need to be a graduate to appear for CAT exam.

Hello brother,
As you are thinking about the MBA programme after B.Com, it's a good choice. But make sure that you can do it only among the top institutes as there are so many MBA graduates there. You can prepare along with your academic study so you have to manage time for that. And, if you get the entrance and can't get a good MBA college then my advice is to repeat the entrances as the college matters for MBA. In that time, you can do the job too as it will help you a lot in MBA. Job exp. will add much weightage to your MBA degree and you may get an awesome salary package because of the job experience.

After B.Com, there are many options to do, you can go with MBA in finance with reputed college, you can do some accounts diploma and certified courses, CS, CA. All the best.

Dear Nishant,
There is no difference between MBA and PGDM. Colleges affiliated to University provide a degree called MBA. Whereas, those institutions that aren't affiliated to any University and run the program provide PGDM. Even IIM's provide PGDM. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God bless you.
