Yes, it is possible, but it would be too hectic for you to concentrate on two subjects together.
CA course can very well be done along with your commerce graduation. However, you will have to wait till you complete your HSC Commerce with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. B.Com and CA course can be done simultaneously. And, in fact there are thousands of students who opt for the Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountancy course alongside the graduation.

Banking sector have competitive exams from clerical to PO to manager level posts. One should be Learned about quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English , general awareness specifically of banking sector and economics , general accounts and finance. Exam body are SBI IBPS RBI rrb nabard etc. Get some good books such as of rs Aggarwal for quant and reasoning and start preparing or you can join coaching once you did with your graduation or side by side if it's non regular course. You have not specified about which university you are talking. The best person to give this answer is the controller of examination of your university or registrar of your college. Kindly speak to the respective authority directly as admission policy changes from one institute to another.

Of course, you can. When you are working and do a full-time MBA from tier-1 institute, your career will take a leap and you will ripe many benefits and if you don't get a tier-1 institute, still you can do part-time MBA from a well-known institute from your area which will sharpen your thinking ability, decision making, and personality.

There is no such option unless you have cleared first year degree of Bachelor of commerce from Mumbai University or any other UGC recognized university. A degree is of minimum 3 years anywhere in India across any recognized university. So you do not have such option.
